AuthorDarya Mishukova (PhD candidate) graduated from Far Eastern National University in 2001 after 5 years Russian academic university program on "Oriental studies, Regional studies" with major in Vietnamese language. At the same year she began her post-graduate studies in linguistics. Having successful academic and university career she got a position of senior lecturer at the department of South East Asia languages in 2004 and vice-dean of the Faculty of South and South East Asian countries at the beginning of 2005, being the youngest vice-dean at the Far East National University until she stopped an academic career in 2007. Beyond these achievements in academic and university life Darya Mishukova hold a position of vice-director Center of Vietnamese culture in 2003-2007. In these years there were some remarkable cultural activities successfully organized at the centre of Vietnamese culture, let's mention some of them:
Staying as a visiting lecturer at Ramkamhaeng University (Bangkok, Thailand) for three months in winter 2003-2004 and 2005-2006 she met authorities from Ministry of culture of Thailand and Tourism Authorities of Thailand (TAT) discussing the project of opening Thailand cultural center at the university in Russia.
